Second emails not working

    I have two email addresses to forward the form PLUS I want it forwarded to an email address that is filled out on the form.


    These are  the current email recipients on the notification page...

 ,, {email21}

    Hi HippoDaddy,

    If you would like the email to be sent to the email provided on the form, you would have to use an auto-responder and not add {email21} to the form.

    How to create an Autoresponder

    You would need to remove the , {email21}  from the recipient and you should receive  the notification emails from the submissions. Once the autoresponder is set up, your users will receive their emails as well.

    I need a filled out form to go to two places when submitted...


    1. To the account holder of jotform... in this case Jotform@****.com

    2. To the email address of the client  who is filled out on the form.


    Right now it only goes to jotform@****.com

    As advised, you have to add an autoresponder email to your form. Do not add the email field tag to the existing notification email. Autoresponder email is sent to whoever fill out your form.

    Here's how to created one: And don't forget to remove the {email21} to your notification email.
