    I can not reproduce the issue on the Android and iOS browsers.

    It also works well when I check it via the Internet Explorer in Windows Phone 8 mode.

    What version of the Windows Phone and Internet Explorer do you use? Can you reproduce the issue in any other browser?

    Hi,

    We did contact the customers who have submitted forms with data missing; they all appear to be using windows phones. The video I sent you was of a staff member’s Nokia Lumia 830. I have tried the form on my own Android device and it appears to function as it should, it also appears to function normally on all browsers, only windows mobile devices seem to be the issue, I only managed to reproduce the issues on the video I sent you on the Lumia 830.

    Using the input mask does force the customer to fill the field, however how do I overcome the issue with fields that require numbers. See screenshot, if my income was £100.00 the field does not allow me to proceed and it wants me to use the specified number of digits. So if I used 000s to fill this obviously changes the number to be greater than £100.00.

    Any suggestions?

    Hi,

    I would recommend checking out our widget called Masked Input.

    It will allow you to set the decimal spaces and allow any number of numbers before the decimal place, not forcing you to add any extra 0 in front or in the back of the number.

    Do let us know how it goes for you.

    Best Regards,
    Ben

    Hi, thanks for this.

    Our customers are used to doing things weekly however we want to remind them to submit monthly figures how would I add text reminding them of this using the input mask, looks like this is not possible with this widget. Any suggestions?

    Hi,

    You can not add text to it directly, but you could if you use a bit of CSS to help out.

    You can see it here

    http://form.jotformpro.com/form/43015054056949

    it is set to be in the field, but it can also be set outside of the field.

    This is the CSS code:

    #id_194 > #cid_194 > div > div:after {
    color: black;
    content: "per month" !important;
    display: block;
    height: 30px;
    left: 73px;
    margin-bottom: -30px;
    padding: 0;
    position: relative;
    top: -33px;
    visibility: visible;
    width: 120px;
    }

    It is important to note that the CSS code will work based on the certain fields being present and in every case they would most likely be different, depending on several factors, but once you add the field (if that is the way you would like to take), we can give you the exact code to add to your jotform.

    I added the field above the other 2 fields that you already had on your jotform.

    Best Regards,
    Ben

    Hi,

    I believe what my colleague has mentioned is that on your form URL http://www.jotformeu.com/form/42924780513355. When you hover on the textbox, the per month text will show including the currency.

    I hope this works. Let us know if you need further assistance.

    Thank you.
