    Bonjour

     

    Je suis globalement satisfait de vos service, mais la actuellement sa beug de plus en plus et d'autres part on ne peux plus travailler sur les formualire. Plus important certains formulaire comme le https ne fonctionne pas et ne nous parvienne plus.

     

    Ceci est embetant surtout quand des personens font des paiements en ligne avec nos formulaires.

    Hi,

    The  security certificate on the forms should be fully working.
    If you have switched the ssl forms to secure.jotform.com you
    can leave them as it is since the certificate will be added to this
    subdomain permanently.

    Earlier you might have encountered intermittent issue with
    viewing or working on your forms. Our new load balancer seems to be
    having an issue. That's why we had the problem.

    It should be all working now. We are not using it while the problem is being investigated.

    thank you for your patience as we work on the fix.
