Not getting nofications

    Hello Jotform!

    I followed your help/support videos about what to do if not getting notifications. I checked the bounce list but I am still not getting workflow notifications. I had our invoice form submitted last night but I didn't get my notification that it was my turn to approve. I checked my spam/junk folder and nothing has landed there. I contacted our IT company and they don't have any reason the emails wouldn't be getting through. They did add you to the safe list just in case.

    Any thoughts why I wouldn't be getting emails when it's my turn to approve on our form?

    Hi JD,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you send us a link to the form you're referring to so we can look into it? It's also possible that it has something to do with how the Approval Flow was set up. Have you reached out to the form owner about this? You can also advise them to reach out to us so we can help with the approval flow.
