I am not receiving auto-responder emails to one email address

    Hello,

    Here is the situation:

    I have an email address, TWAmpLog@alltechcomm.net. This email address was set up soley for the purpose of receiving all the notification emails. I have an autoresponder email sent to whoever fills out the form. 

    Here is the problem:

    TWAmpLog received all notification emails for months. The last notification it received was 10/17. During that time, the autoresponder email continued to be received by the person filling out the form. All of the people filling out the form have @alltechcomm.net email addresses as well, so the notification and autoresponder are going to the same domain. If I change the notification to another @alltechcomm.net, such as my email, cquinn@alltechcomm.net, I get the notification. This problem has been experience on multiple machines, by different users, and on both webmail and Outlook. When I send and receive on Outlook I receive the message shown in the attached screenshot.

    I'm in contact with my email provider, GoDaddy, and they say that it is on the JotForm end.

     

    Can you help me?

    Thank you very much. I'll call them right away. I didn't think they gave my problem enough consideration before blaming it on Jot.
