    I am not receiving auto-responder emails to one email address

    Here is the situation:

    I have an email address, TWAmpLog@alltechcomm.net. This email address was set up soley for the purpose of receiving all the notification emails. I have an autoresponder email sent to whoever fills out the form. 

    Here is the problem:

    TWAmpLog received all notification emails for months. The last notification it received was 10/17. During that time, the autoresponder email continued to be received by the person filling out the form. All of the people filling out the form have @alltechcomm.net email addresses as well, so the notification and autoresponder are going to the same domain. If I change the notification to another @alltechcomm.net, such as my email, cquinn@alltechcomm.net, I get the notification. This problem has been experience on multiple machines, by different users, and on both webmail and Outlook. When I send and receive on Outlook I receive the message shown in the attached screenshot.

    I supplied the link to one of 3 forms that are having the issue in the section designated for that purpose. Here are all 3 of them in case that helps:




    I'm in contact with my email provider, GoDaddy, and they say that it is on the JotForm end.


    Can you help me?

    Hi Casey,

    We do apologize that emails have not been sent out to you.

    It appears that your host has been blocking the emails from us, and because of that, our servers added your email to our bounce list, this means that form email alerts are no longer deployed for your email address.

    I have removed your email address from our bounce list and you will start to receive notifications once again.

    Please show the following message to your host's technical support so they can prevent this from happening again.

    Reason(s) : smtp;550 5.1.1  - has sent to too many recipients this hour. IB607
