    Check boxes disappearing when I click on an embedded link in one of the options

    I created a form that shows additions options when selecting a check box option. In the additional options, I embedded links that open new tabs for further explanation of each option (e.g., when people click on a person's name in the additional options list, a new tab opens with that person's professional profile). All of my initial check boxes work properly, i.e, they show the additional options and a person can click on the link for each option without the options disappearing from the form. That is, they all work except my final option, which is "United States." When you click on "United States," the additional options (names) drop down. If you click on a name, a new tab opens up correctly, but back on the form the additional options disappear. You have to uncheck "United States" and then recheck the option before the additional options reappear. I am not sure how to fix this, but there are a lot of additional options listed under "United States," which makes it inconvenient to keep having to uncheck and check the box to make the additional options reappear each time.

    Hi Kelsey,

    I took a look at your conditions and it seems that you have some fields that got removed from the jotform, but still associated with the United States option through conditions.

    Please re-check those and try again and it should be working for you.
