It seems there is a glitch in the Masked Input widget wherein the Decimal and Delimiter is currently inverted by default.
Since the delimiter(,) is not detected correctly, the Precision is not able to correctly round the Decimal point value.
Even if you correct them (interchange decimal and delimiter sign) the input will not work as it becomes disabled instead. Example form where I have corrected it http://www.jotform.me/form/43016217021438 . The input field could not be used.
I have submitted a bug ticket to your higher team support for them to check on the Masked Input widget problem.
We will notify you when we have update on the status.
For the meantime, I suggest you used instead 2 Texboxes and to do the calculations.
You can just create the Calculation formula to do the calculation.
The calculation and decimal placement should work.
Inform us if you need further assistance.

Will I be able to use ‘fill mask validation’ here, if you look at my other issues the browser on windows phones it does not retain the input data.

As mentioned on the other thread http://www.jotform.com/answers/450584 I think there is indeed a bug for the Input Mask when used on Windows Phone browser.
So, I think you cannot use Input Mask also on this case.
So far on my testing, it works on Textboxes without Input Mask on.
I have submitted already a bug ticket about the original issue on the Masked Input Widget. And the ticket is now assigned to one of our developer.
So, they will be checking on this and will provide updated response when available.

I created a separate new thread for this here http://www.jotform.com/answers/451661
We will attend to it separately.

Your test form seems to work if you set the "Round value" to "no". We will probably remove this option as its not that useful for the widget. Just making some troubles typing numbers on it.
Please can you confirm that yourself if the workaround works? Thanks

Hi, I have decided not to use Jotform until the widget issue has been fixed.
- BenAnswered on November 17, 2014 at 05:03 PM
From what I can see this is already resolved by our developers so I presume that this thread is closed and we will help you resolve other threads that you have opened with us as well.
Can you please confirm if the issue above is resolved and especially if in some case it is still present for you.

The ticket about the glitch on the Masked Input Widget is still open and currently assigned to one of our developer.
Our dev will post update on this thread when they have news on the fixed.
