    Hello,

Is it possible to pass data from a php page to a form?

We are having issues with the Jotform upload buttons not working consistently for some customers. I am not sure why they works for some and not for others. The customer will select a file and they either get a "Failed" upload or nothing happens. I cannot replicate the issue on our computers. I am thinking to create an HTML upload utility and hopefully be able to pass the file names and number of uploads to the Jotform form so they can continue with their order.

    Any suggestions will be appreciated.

    Thank you for contacting us.

I think that this is possible, but you will need to use a Form Source Code on your website to add the injections.

Otherwise, please note that we do not recommend using Multiple Upload fields for large files (approximately > 100MB), you might consider using multiple Single Upload fields instead (up to 1GB each).

Please feel free to contact us if you need any further assistance.
