after a client returns a jot form with complete information, can i add private info before making a pdf?

I want clients to be able to fill out their measurements, for example.  Then when they return the form to me, i want to add an order number, and a few pics to the form before I make it a pdf and send it to the tailor (private info.  Is there a way to do that???
