    I am getting a "502 Bad Gateway" error message on 2 of my forms instead of Multiple Selection widgets

    I am getting this error message "502 Bad Gateway" on the following forms:

    Clone of Textbook List Spring

    Please help to resolve this as quick as you can as people are trying to use the form and are getting frustrated with the error.

    Hi,

    I see that you have opened 2 threads ( http://www.jotform.com/answers/451178 ) in regards to this same issue. Lets keep all the conversation in this one since you have provided more details here.

    I see what is the issue.

    Please note that all the widgets load data over the URL and that UTF-8 text can hold characters that are not properly transferred over to the server and back from it. It is this that is causing the issue for you.It is also important to note that there is a limit in the characters and how much you can add to the widget.For example in the 8000 courses, you can add only up to 2nd 8600 course adding other courses after it will break it (you can fix this by adding another multiple selection widget right under the old one)You can see it here: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/43015937505958Do let us know if you have any further questions or if you need help to transfer this to your jotform.

    Hello, 

    We have updated the widget server to allow more than 2000 characters - now you can use the Multiple selection widget without the error occurring.

    We sincerely apologize for this - it was caused by a complex issue of cloudflare (CDN) and browser URI length limitations. 

    The new update will allow you to add as many settings as you wish without a problem. 

    Please try it out and share your experience with us.
