    Why am I not receiving email notifications from payment form?

    I am not on the bounce list and have filled out the sender name and email. The test email works fine but when I fill it out and subit the form I do not receive anything.

    We do not send the emails for incomplete payment submissions by default. However, you can change this. Please take a look at the following guide:

    I tried getting to it through my email and thats where it didn't work. But then I went onto jotform.com and found my question through the forum and the linked worked on there. So I figured it all out. Thank you very much for your help. :)
