Why am I not receiving email notifications from payment form?

    I am not on the bounce list and have filled out the sender name and email. The test email works fine but when I fill it out and subit the form I do not receive anything.

    Thank you for contacting us.

    We do not send the emails for incomplete payment submissions by default. However, you can change this. Please take a look at the following guide:

    Oh okay. That's good to know! And that makes sense. Thank you! That link is saying the webpage is not available.

    Could you please tell us how are you trying to access the link above since the link is working so that we can see what is causing it for you to show as if it is not working.

    I tried getting to it through my email and thats where it didn't work. But then I went onto jotform.com and found my question through the forum and the linked worked on there. So I figured it all out. Thank you very much for your help. :)
