Is there a way to collect data on a spreadsheet format to download later

A spreadsheet like Google docs that I can download as items are entered.

I understand that you want to download the form submissions to excel. It is possible to download the submissions to excel from the submissions view.

You can click on Excel to download the submissions to Excel.
