What if I go over my free 10 allocated secure submissions?

What happens to the 11th and above? Are they still viewable? Or, are they "held" until I upgrade my plan?

    Thanks,

    KC

    Hi KC,

I checked your account/username  kchin and I can see you have 5 SSL total submission at this time.  So, your account is still in good standing.

Once you exceeded ANY of the subscription limits (submissions, SSL submission, Payment submission, upload limits) , then, your forms will become disabled.

Every time the form is opened/used it will have a "Form Over Quota" message on it. All of the forms will have this disabled status.

And yes, to resolve the exceeded limit, you will need to use the next higher plan to be able to have higher limits. It will immediately take effect and will enable the forms again.

You can check for more details about this in the JotForm Pricing page.
