I am trying to set up a nomination form where children will be nominated into different age brackets depending on their age. U13, U14, U15 and U16. Is there a way I can work out if their date of birth falls between two specific dates then they must nominate for U13 (e.g.). I have used the 'before' and 'after' functions but these don't work overly well.

E.g. If their DOB is 1st Sept 2002 or after they are U13

If their DOB is 1st Sept 2001 to 31 Aug 2002 they are U14

If their DOB is 1st Sept 2000 to 31 Aug 2001 they are U15

If their DOB is 1st Sept 1999 to 31 Aug 2000 they are U16.

Is there an easy way to set this up?

    Thanks

It is possible to achieve this requirement by using our conditions wizard. Please see the demo JotForm below to see how it works.

Following are the rules set based on the Date of Birth entered.
