Canceling my subscription?

    I would like to cancel my current subsription and switch it back to free version. I tried to do that when I was loged in and there was a message something about "you cannot do it right now. Please contact support team."

    Hi,

    We have cancelled your subscription to our end. Your current payment will last until November 11, 2014. No further charges will be taken from your card after this period and your account will be automatically set back to the free plan.
