I use some forms from JotForm at my business. Yesterday I launched a new campaing with Google Adwords and Facebook to promote our products, but through the day our forms weren't working.
Sometimes, there's an error message, saying that you're experiencing high traffic volume.
I urgently need to know if this is a temporary problem, and when should it be solved, because we need to be sure that our forms will be working flawless.

We just launched 2 big campaigns today and it's complete chaos... your forms keep on not working.. your site keeps on going down... this is ridiculous!! I'm losing a lot of money 2day b/c of this! I'm very upset!! What is going on and when will it all be fixed???

First of all, we do apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you.
Due to the DDoS attacks, we had to change our DNS IP addresses. The old IP address is probably cached on your end. We recommend you clear your DNS cache and use www.jotform.net to access your account and to link your forms. You can also have https://www.jotform.com or secure.jotform.com for your HTTPS/SSL connections. Meanwhile, the ups and downs of the forms might have been caused by the change in Firewall on our data center. However, we've learned that the problem was a faulty switch. Try to visit the form again, everything should be working fine now. Please inform us for any updates so that we can provide further assistance regarding your issue.
