I tried to purchase using AMEX but the form said the card was invalid. I only have amex.
Right now my form is disabled do to too many entires but I'm confused b/c I have many remaining entries left.

Your form went over its limits due to SSL based submissions:
We currently only allow 10 such submissions for our "Free" accounts.
We definitely accept Amex as a form of payment so I am unsure as to why your card will not work. This may be something to check with your credit card company.
I went ahead and reset your accounts limits in order to give you some time to get this sorted. Mind you, we are only allowed to do this once per account.
