We are trying to download all of the submissions that we have received on one of our forms. We, unfortunately, did not think to integrate it with Dropbox when we first set it up and are looking for a way to download all of the several thousand submissions without having to do it 20 at a time or manually.
We found the "File Downloader App" and tried to run it, but continue to run into a problem where it downloads "0" files.
We were wondering if someone could point us to how we could download all these submissions or help us with the "File Downloader App" not working properly.

File Downloader App is actually only for downloading files that were uploaded to your jotform such as photos, etc. Now if you did not have any upload field on the jotform or uploaded files on certain submission it will not download anything for you.
You will also need Ruby to run it.
Now, you should be able to download all submissions in your jotform.
To do that you should take a look at this guide: How to Export Form Data to Excel?
Now since you say that you are downloading limited number of submissions at a time, you might be having some limits turned on, so it is good to check this article on how to use them, which will show you how to not use them as well How to Partially Download Form Submissions as Excel/CSV/PDF?
You could also create a excel report and download it that way: How to create an Excel Report?
Do let us know if you have any further questions and if you have any issues downloading the excel files using any of the above methods.
