    Spreadsheet Widget: Captured data is not being displayed in the email notifier

    I have several spread sheets in my form (42307117259250).

    We would like to keep the daily results so we can tally monthly.

     

    perhaps a different widget would work?

    Hello,

    I was unable to replicate your issue on my cloned version of your form.
    Could you please try to delete and recreate your notifiers?

    You can also try to create a clone of your own form and test it to see if this issue is happening with this particular form.

    Please let us know if the issue persists.

    Hi Raul,

     I tried both of your suggestions but no luck.
    I deleted both of the email addresses I am sending to. I also tried deleting and recreating my "submit" button.
    No luck.
     then I tried to clone the form. 
    still no spreadsheets in my email response?
     
    When you say "delete your notifiers", do you mean my email recipients?

    Hello,

    I apologize for not explaining myself correctly.
    I was suggesting that you delete your current notifiers (click in the red X icon) and recreate them again in order to assure that all your form fields are being included in the notifiers.

    I did a test submission on the cloned version of your form and I was able to see the spreadsheet in the submission report.

    Could you please confirm if you are also able to see it in your email notifications?

    Yes, your submission worked?!? Weird, I did delete the notifier as you explained and recreate a new one.

    I'll try your suggestions again.

    I've deleted and recreated my notifier again, no luck. I then tried my gmail account in case something was being stripped through my other email server, still no luck.

    I must be doing something wrong?

    Hi again,

    I ran more tests on my cloned version of your form and I'm still unable to replicate your issue.

    Would you mind telling us which browser are you using to run your tests? And also can you please try to enter a test submission on my form? I would like to see if the data is not captured on my form when you test it on your side.

    I'm thinking that maybe the form is being sent before all the spreadsheets are loaded correctly on the form and this is why the data is not being captured.
