I have been downgraded to the basic free version. I couldnt find the way to update my credit card informations when am logged in
could you guide me through this please?

If you are paying through Paypal, please log in to your Paypal account and go to Profile . Add/Edit Credit Card as shown below:
If you are paying through credit card via Plimus, you must log in to Plimus.com. Your Plimus username is the long string of numbers from the original plimus email you received when you paid for your JotForm account. Please do not use your JotForm username and password when logging in to the Plimus website. In case you forgot your Plimus password, please reset your password here or visit their Customer Support page.
