Not receiving submission emails.

    I am having the same issue with my form.

    I am not getting notification emails when someone submits this form. I did a test and it worked but then someone submitted and no email again, Can you help?

    Okay so you are basically having an issue receiving notifications when someone else submits your jotform to you from what I understand.

    I've checked your jotform and your notification looks good. I see your notifications are currently set to send to "jmaxxxx@roxxxxxx".

    According to your Email History your account shows that you recently updated to the above address as of this week. 

    I also can see you were using the "Test Email" button which only sends a test email notification to the email address that is on your account by default. In order to test it more accurately you will need to fill in your jotform and submit it to yourself.
