Why am I not receiving notification of form submissions?

    I have a premium account with JotForm and never had an issue with receiving your emails. As of today none of my submissions are being emailed to me. The emails are not going to a spam folder and have never went to spam to a spam folder

    Please let me know how to resolve this issue-

    I am not getting any notification mail to the requested mail id. But if i click test mail i am getting a test mail,if i submit the form i am not getting any mails......i also cleared the DNS cache....

    The reverse DNS is now fixed. If the emails were going to spam folder because of that, you should receive them from now on.
