Why am I not receiving notification of form submissions?

Asked by kalohe00 on September 20, 2011 at 10:29 PM

I have a premium account with JotForm and never had an issue with receiving your emails. As of today none of my submissions are being emailed to me. The emails are not going to a spam folder and have never went to spam to a spam folder

Please let me know how to resolve this issue-

    Hi kalohe00,

First of all, we do apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you.

Due to the DDoS attacks, we had to change our DNS IP addresses. The old IP address is probably cached on your end. We recommend you clear your DNS cache and use www.jotform.net instead to access your account and to link your forms. You can also use either https://www.jotform.com or secure.jotform.com for your HTTPS/SSL connections.

Your patiencewith us is greatly appreciated. Thank you for using JotForm!

The reverse DNS is now fixed. If the emails were going to spam folder because of that, you should receive them from now on.
