When I integrate my form with google drive and google spreadsheets, and upload a file, the spreadsheet shows the file being stored on jot form servers (the link is directed to the jot form servers). Is there a way that the files are not stored on jot form servers and are only sent to my google drive.

This is not possible, since the files are being uploaded to our storage first, and then forwarded to the integrated services. There is no way to change that behavior, but you can delete the form entries from Submissions page in order to remove the files from our storage (it will not affect the records on integrated services).
