How do I import a form?

    Did you mean that you already have a form elsewhere such as wufoo and you are trying to import it to jotform?

    I see you have a image link above of what appears to be a feature and order page from wordpress. Is that what you are trying to import? 

    It's really easy to make a new form from scratch especially with the recent release of our brand new form designer feature. We would even be more than happy to help you with it if needed.

    Additionally you can easily embed on wordpress if that is where you want to host it.
