Account is over SSL submissions limit

It says "This form has exceeded its allocated quota." for one of my applications. It isn't the SSL secured form and

I know the quota has not been met

You have received 11 submissions over secure https connection during October, while the monthly SSL submissions limit on the Free accounts is 10.

If you would like to use regular submissions, please make sure to not use https form links/code.

Note, that we reset the quota on the first day of each month. It means, that the quota will be reset to 0 on November 1st, 2014.
