How can I clean up my submissions on a form my company does not use anymore?

    Hi,

    My name is Esther Joung from Joynus Staffing Inc. My company has been utilizing JotForm on our website in order to receive questions and applications from prospective employees.

    We have an old form named 'Application Form' that is currently not in use. It has around 500 submissions, and our account has reached its limit of 100 submissions. I was wondering if you guys could erase all submissions on that application since it is not in use anymore? Or if not, what would happen if we deleted this form? If you guys need any more information, please do not hesitate to contact me.

    The form entries can be removed from a form Submissions page

    However, even if you delete the old entries it will not affect your monthly submissions quota. The monthly submissions limit means that you can receive 100 new form entries each month on a Starter plan, and there is no storage submissions limit.

    We reset the submissions limit on the first day of each month, so that the next reset day is Nov 1st, 2014.
