    Unable to embed second form into Wix

    2) i also customise a contact form i tried to embeded the same way i did for my application for it didnt work can you help me please

    You mentioned that you are trying to embed a second "contact" jotform on wix and that it worked with your first jotform but not with this one.

    Are you able to share a direct link to your website page it's embedded on so that we can check on this problem for you?

    Yes my application for i embeded right but now i want to embeded my  contact form i can't

    another issue i want  when my Customer will receive my the auto respond i would like my compagny  name  showed up instead of Noreplyjetform.com  , would prefered  noreply info@lensusainc.com

    Hi Donald,

    It would be best to let us know the page where the jotform was embedded, but not working since then we can go there and see why is that and offer you suggestions how to fix it.

    In regards to your other question regarding autoresponder. We can only provide assistance to one question per thread which allows us to avoid confusion and provide proper guidance. What I would suggest is to always open a new thread if the subject/issue is different (that way you also get your response sooner).
