Can you send forms via google docs (embedded into emails)?

Hello, I'm curious, I have an application form that I would like to have embedded on our website, but also able to attach to emails via google docs.  Is this possible?

If you would like to embed the forms into emails, unfortunately, this will not work right. Most of the email clients are limited in terms of styles and scripts support, so that our forms will not work properly when embedded into emails. You might consider emailing the links to your forms instead.
