Text in My Form Not Working--Showing Up Bolded

    Hi--we are having difficulty with the text in our form.

    It looks great in the preview and on my computer screen but when I went around the office and checked what the form looks like on other computers (about 15 other computers), I noticed that all the text in our form is showing up bolded.

    Which makes the text very difficult to read and throws off the spacing for the entire form.

    Also noticed on one of the computers' views that our form showed up in the font Georgia when it is supposed to be in Arial Black.

    I am at a complete loss as to how to fix this because it is showing up normal on my screen and in the preview on JotForm. The main thing is we can't have it showing up all bolded on others' screens. Please help!!

    Hi,

    To further assist you, can you provide us more details of those computers viewing the form? Are they using a different web browser? Chrome, IE or Mozilla Firefox? You may try to use the JotForm designer in applying the changes in the font.
