I have tried to change the notifier email address to be another one, but unfortunatly the notificiation goes to the default email address that I have registered with JotForm. How do I change that ?

You must be using the Test Email button in the Notifier email..
The test message sent by the test button will always only send the test message to your account email.
Now, to actually checked/test if submission emails were being sent to the target Recipient E-mail address in the Notifier, you will have to submit the form in actual.

the email address in the Recipient E-mail box is the destination address of the submission Notifier.
