Pre-subscriptions and status inquiry

    I use a form for submissions for a high school art show that I use once a year for a month, and I do pay to collect the applications due to the large number of photos for the month needed. I emptied last year's application data and deleted it out of the trash can a couple of months ago. Right now, I am under the FREE version, and I can not run tests due to "Run out of Quota," but I have no data in the system, and it should have reset itself. Yes, I emptied the trash. I need to make sure everything is working before I pay and open the submissions to the teachers to apply. Can you help me? Your system has worked so amusingly in the past and has saved me so much time. Sincerely, Angi

    I've checked the email address you used to create the support request and I can confirm that it is active. Let me show you how to upgrade your account:

    1. On your My Forms page, click on the Pricing button in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page.

    You can also upgrade your subscription on your account’s Upgrade/Billing page.

    2. On the Pricing page, choose the plan you want to buy.

    3. In the popup window, choose either a Monthly or Yearly payment schedule and either Credit/Debit Card or PayPal as the payment method. 

    Here’s an example of the Bronze plan:

    If you choose to use PayPal, you’ll get redirected to the PayPal payment page to complete the payment. Check out this guide for more details about upgrading your account.
