Form not going through to Paypal when user hits submit

    Hi, I have a couple of Payment forms on my site which allow credit card and Paypal payments.  The past few days, my users have been emailing me saying they can't submit payment via Paypal.  When they enter their information in and click submit, the submit button hangs and nothing happens.  The form should redirect to Paypal.

    I tried this myself on a few different computers and browsers and I was able to recreate the same error.  However, refreshing the page a couple of times fixed this and I was able to submit and go through to Paypal.  Any ideas what could be causing this initial hang when clicking submit?

    Hello,

    Upon checking your site, I was able to reproduce the issue.
    However, the Paypal integration worked fine when I tested it using the direct URL of your form: http://www.jotformeu.com/form/40102614762343

    Please try to re-embed your form in your website using the iframe method as this might be happening because of a JavaScript conflict.
