    Email Alerts Are Not Arriving

    First I couldn't get into your site today (Tuesday), which I reported to you. Now I am not receiving the email alerts. I've tried multiple times and went through all the steps. Still no emails arriving. I'm a paying customer. Please help.

    Hi Tom,

    We apologize for the inconvenience. I have tried going to www.jotform.com to handle support tickets and edit my test forms but did not have problem (going two hours already). Please try again and let us know if you are able to access JotForm or not.

    As for the issue with email notifications, Could you please try a different email address as the destination email of your notifications? A Gmail account is what we recommend. You may also find this link helpful: http://www.jotform.com/faq/#7. Make sure that the email notification is not being redirected to your junk or spam mail folder.

    I'm a paying customer also and having the same problem that started a few days ago. I've gotten notifs no problem for many years at my website email. Something has changed.

    The reverse DNS is now fixed. If the emails were going to spam folder because of that, you should receive them from now on.
