I think the Auto Complete widget is what you need, once you log in, go to the edit mode of your jotform and simply:
1) Click on the Widgets tab, and type "auto"
2) Drag and drop the field into your jotform
3) Click on the field, and click on Items
4) Add the options, and click OK
