    Hi.

    My form ( http://form.jotform.us/form/43044466118149 ) doesn't work on mobiles... why?

    I see you seem to be having an issue with getting your jotform to work on mobile device.

    I've checked your embedded form on http://2c.1999c.tk/ which you provided above and it is working rather well on my end on my iPhone 6 in iOS 8.1 with both Mobile Chrome and Safari.

    Are you able to provide us with a screenshot of what you are seeing on your side?

    Additionally, it would help to know what device you are using?
