Error message on checkout using Authorize.Net

    We have integrated, into our jot forms. ON some of the forms we have been getting error. See attachment.

    The screenshot image you have provided is a bit inconclusive.


    Does this error happens while you were trying to setup the Authorize.Net account in the integration wizard?

    Can you please retry the integration process and check if you are able to complete the configuration wizard.

    When I did a test on my end, I did not encounter such error when I was setting up the integration.

    We will wait for your updated response.
