Hello,
We have been experiencing issues for the past few days where our form are not loading and the user is getting a blank page or the form loads and a blank page appears when the form is submitted and the responses are not recorded.
Could this be needing some cache clearing from your side?Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I have checked all of your 4 forms and they are working fine. May be the issue occurs only when the form is embedded. If that is case, please try reimbedding the form.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It seems that all of your four forms are working fine as it should. I cleared your forms cache from my end. However, I would like to take a closer look at your form. Can I submit your form in order to test this? Please provide us a URL of the form to which the issue is related.
