    Hi,

I suggest reviewing the user guide about the Configurable List widget here http://www.jotform.com/help/282-How-to-Set-Up-the-Configurable-List-Widget

It was also mentioned there how the widget works...

    1. The Widget dynamically adds a set of fields on your form as a list 2. You can add as many rows as possible 3. You can define the type of data or information that can be collected for each dynamically added row on the list

I think the situation it is more applicable to used is when you want to have dynamic lists with different options added on a form. Unlike the classic Matrix table field (which is limited to the same type of data/options only), the Configurable list widget will allow you to have different type of data/information on the same form that can be added dynamically as a lists.

You can even add a other list within the Configurable list.. example, you can add a dropdown list, a checkbox list in the widget.

Hope this help. Inform us if you need further assistance.

    Thanks.
