It seems that I can not, because the web site says it is an not-existing page. After renaming everything got fine.

    Hello Geodesyxyz,

I am not sure if the URL you have share above is a valid URL. It gives 404 not found error. I would suggest you to please share the correct URL with cyrillic characters and we will take a look.

We will wait for your response.

    Thank you!

Hello! I just renamed the name of the redirected page and now it works. For instance here is the source page http://www.geozemia.com/uploads/%D0%B2%D1%80%D1%8A%D0%B7%D0%BA%D0%B0-%D1%81-%D0%BD%D0%B0%D1%81.html. In fact in my browser I see the correct cyrillic name.

If you could advice me for a "clear" button, which to be added to the form. Thank you!

    Hello Geodesyxyz,

I am glad to know that renaming the thank you page URL solved your problem.

As we can only answer one question per thread, I have moved your unrelated question related to a new thread and you will be answered here:  http://www.jotform.com/answers/453198

    Thank you!
