A client I have been working with has had her account blocked as suspected of phishing. Can this be looked at asap to see why this has happened?
She currently has 3 or 4 forms, and needs these to be live online.
I appreciate your assistance with this

I did check your account with username "scotthyndart" and found it to be already active. Please let us know the account username of your client or the email address used in the JotForm profile and we will take a look why the account was suspended. Alternatively, you can also let us know the form ID or the web page URL where your have embedded the form.
I did try to search based on your IP address and I found several JotForm account but all of them are active.

Hi Ashwin - Scott is my designer and it is my account that has had an issue. The user name is gallioz. Can this please be restored ASAP?
I have also sent an email and contact request earlier today, but no response as yet.

Upon taking a closer look at your forma, I can confirm that it's not being used for any phishing activities. I have activated your account now.

I have also recently been blocked for suspected "Phishing" can this be looked at asap I have multipe forms that my company uses for membership registration and even a marketing opt out for we send to customers.

I have a project in Beta version and this uses jotform to power it's web application. I am a free user and will be upgrading my account. I have four active forms: all forms are currently disabled. Kindly assist in looking at what the problem might be.
