How to get the hard copy of the submission record?

Asked by CMSgt Jesse C. Battle on November 02, 2014 at 08:56 PM

Instructors want to be able to see what they have submitted to me. Is there some way they can get or print a hard copy of their submission?

    Hello,

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly.

Do you want to actually print your submission data? There are multiple options available to print submission data:

    1. You can go to your form's submission page, select the submission and click on the print button form the toolbar above. The following guide should help you:  http://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-view-Submissions

    2. You can export your submission in PDF. The guide suggested in point #1 will also help. Once teh submission is downloaded in PDF, you can print it.

    3. You can add a auto-responder email alert in your form and then add {pdf-link} tag in the body of the email template. When the form is submitted, the user will receive the submission emails which will have a hyperlink URL. Clicking on this URL will download the submission data in PDF format which can then be printed. Please check the screenshot below on how to add the {pdf-link} tag:

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!
