I can't change the back ground colour for some reason, I have cleared the cache and still nothing is happening.
Tried logging in nd out but it still won't allow me to change the colour also tried in the new editor
The weird thing is when I click on preview I see the colour then it disappears
I can now see the background colour in the normal editing but it doesn't show in preview
Thank you

Hi,
Sorry for the delays.
But can you please tell us which of your jotform you were having this issue. Since you have a lot of forms already, I am not able to determine which one you were having this issue.
I checked both the last form used http://www.jotform.co/form/40616597121857 and http://www.jotformpro.com/form/43058796853974 but they both have white background.
You can change the form background color like this
Please inform us if issue persist.
Thanks.

Hi Janice,
Thank you for providing the details.
I too was able to replicate the issue you have when I made a test on the jotform http://www.jotformpro.com/form/43058796853974
The background color was properly applied during edit mode
but it was not applied on the actual live form

I have fixed the issue in your jotform http://www.jotformpro.com/form/43058796853974 by adding custom injected CSS code into it to override the background color.
.form-all {
background-color: #69D2E7 !important;
}
If you check again your jotform http://www.jotformpro.com/form/43058796853974 it should now be like this
Please tell us if this is what you need or not..
Thanks.
