    Bonjour

    Impossible d'ouvrir le rapport de mon "Formulaire candidature" en excel

    Le "Formulaire Accord Formation" fonctionne bien.

    Hello BRONDEAU,

    I did check your excel report and I am able to replicate the issue you are having. There seems to be some unreadable content in your form's submission data which excel file is unable to read. Please check the screenshot below:

    I did check your form's submission page but could not located the submission which is actually causing this issue. I am reporting it to our back end team. We will get back to you as soon as we have any update form them.

    For now I would suggest you to please export your submission data in csv format and it should not display any error message.

    Malheureusement les autres formats : cvs etc... ne fonctionnent pas non plus

    I did check again and the csv format seems to work fine. I was able to download the csv file and open it. Please click on the following URL to download the csv file and see if you have any trouble in opening it:  https://shots.jotform.com/ashwin/Download/Formulaire-de-candidature-1.csv 

    I have anyway reported this issue to our back end team already. Lets wait for their response.

    Je viens d'essayer en csv et cela ne fonctionne pas.... nous obtenons toutes les infos entre " SOS BRICOLAGE

    Avant tout fonctionnait bien, il y a quelques semaines.....
    Vous avez probablement changé quelque chose et maintenant cela ne fonctionne plus

    Bonjour BRONDEAU, 

    Je ne sais pas ce qui a changé récemment, mais je persiste à croire que le problème est lié à un personnage spécial / contenu illisible en cours d'enregistrement avec les données de soumission. 

    Attendons pour notre équipe de back-end pour répondre.
