    Oh no ...

My worst nightmare ... another jotform f*****p

I'm dealing with a massive company ... one of your forms for data capture.

This is what it currently looks like ...

You're going to lose me another Client if you don't get this sorted NOW ... and I mean NOW

This is what happens everytime I try to edit a form ... a complete CSS disaster.

The gremlin seems to have settled.

Sorry for the emotional rage ... the worst timing ever for me that was.

I shall post back if I have any other problems.

    Thanks Mark

When reporting difficulties please provide the form's url so we can be more efficient in our approach.

Is it the form 41342**8000946? I cleared the forms' cache and it looks normal now:

Are you still experiencing the same difficulties?

In the future you can try clearing your forms cache by going to account > settings:

    Hi Carina,

That's very useful to know about the cache. Many Thanks

The form url is correct .... but would you be kind enough to remove the form url reference please. I'd be most grateful. Or at least remove a few of the numbers.

    Please advise when done ;-)

This is what I am dealing with in terms of its performance ... emails from my client like this ... this is why I am angry ... makes me look incompetent ...

    Hi Mark,

My colleague has starred out some of the numbers out from her response as per your request.

Now in regards to the email. Please try removing it and then creating a new one.

To avoid your clients getting a bad email do try sending it to yourself first to confirm that it is working.

This should remove the issue, but in case it does not do let us know.

    Best Regards,
    Ben

    Hi Ben,

I think you're missing my point. This is an email sent by my client to me saying that one of their staff is having issues with this jotform. The person took a screenshot and sent it to their boss ...

The boss sent it to me ... saying "can you check this?"

This doesn't make me look good ... that's my point ... and makes me have to contact you ... and deal with them ... and waste my valuable time ... so that I ... as a self-employed person make no money this afternoon because I am dealing with this issue ... a jotform issue.

So, instead of selling and making money ... i'm firefighting.

Respectfully mean't, what you have said in the previous thread appears to be non-sensical.

In a nutshell ... I am showing you an email that my client has sent to me ... they are now aware that the form has not been working and I am on the defensive with them.

    Many Thanks

    Regards Mark

    Hello Mark,

Upon checking the form, I was able to see it correctly on my browser (Chrome).

I also checked with Internet Explorer since I see from your screenshot that your client is using this browser and the form rendered correctly too.
