Why has my department had difficulty opening your web page and downloading our completed forms to your site over the past week?

    We complete numerous forms every day and submit them for tracking to Jotform.  Many times over the past week the data has not been accepted.  When I have tried to log on to our account, Trainingunit@glendaleaz.com, your page has not opened and when it has the site has jumped from page to page and logged off by itself.  Where does the issue lie and how can it be rectified so that our employees do not miss opportunities?

    Hi Marc,

    After the ddos attack we had to change the ip address of our dns.
    Since then we have been making changes on the servers over the
    week to restore all functionalities back to normal. Because of this
    there were problems with accessing the jotform website and forms.

    Everything is working fine now.
    Apologies for the inconvenience this may have caused.
