Saving CRM integration

    Dear Jotform,

I'm using CRM integration to connect my jotform to Salesforce. The token is associated with my salesforce account. What should I do if i eventually leave my organization? When my account is disabled, my token will be broken. Is there a way I can integrate without a token? Or is there a way I can save my existing integration?

In salesforce, whether it be Lead, Contact or Account, Salesforce provide tools to generate HTML to create a form that can create a new record, without a need to have username, password or security token. Can Jotform do this?

    Thank you.

    Hi,

Unfortunately our integrations only work with a specific account.  You would need to redo the integration with another account if you intend to close yours.  There is also not currently a way to save your integration.  You would need to remove the current integration, then re-integrate with the new account.  If either your JotForm account or Salesforce account are disabled, the integration will no longer work.

Let us know if you have any further questions and we will be happy to help.
