Adding additional field after existing one

    If I am creating a question with multiple possible answers, is there a way to add a text box next to each answer?

    Hi,

    I'm still visualizing what you wanted for your form. But I believe this widget would help you, Configurable List. You can set multiple answers with multiple columns to represent more than one field. In my case "Answer 1" is a number while "Additional" is a free text.
