How can I downgrade my account?

Please I need to cancel any paid membership I have with this account.

In order to downgrade your account, please follow these steps:

Login to your account and look for the man-looking icon, click it and then click on the Account link.

Then click on the billing icon on the left and change your current plan to Starter.

This will cancel your current subscription.
