I want to use jotform to capture testimonials from clients.......

I just looked at your widget to "Take Photo" which will allow someone to leave a testimonial and a picture to use with the testimonials..........

However I would prefer for the person to be able to record a short video testimonial and submit it rather than just being able to take a picture...............does this widget exist???

We have a lot of widgets that can allow you to record and upload videos to famous website, you can find the available ones here:

From your case, I would suggest this widget Webcam 2 Youtube. This will allow your customers or clients to record a video from your form, it will then be uploaded to your Youtube account.

This will be much more convenient because your Upload File size limit in your Jotform account won't be affected as this will be uploaded and hosted directly to Youtube.

I hope this helps. Let us know if you need further assistance on this.

    Thank you.

my understanding is that the person filling out the form must have a you tube account .......not would be extra work on their part getting them to create an account if they do not already have one

Yes you are right the video is uploaded to your form respondents YouTube accounts and  when they submit, you get a link to the video they Just created.

As my colleague suggested there are several widgets you can use under video category: but for you case the webcam 2 you tube is the most appropriate for you case.

Please do let us know if you need further assistance.

I'm looking for the same thing - a video capture solution that uploads to the cloud rather th

an to the YouTube channel of the person recording.  Has anyone come up with a solution?
