How to set up Billmelater in Jotform

My form is on http://dtui.com/diversity-certification. I want to add the PayPal Credit (Billmelater) as a choice.

PayPal Credit is included at no extra cost with most payment solutions from PayPal.

You can integrate any form and use BillMe Later (Paypal Credit) with

Paypal standard and Paypal Express Checkout.
